Help and accessibility status
Getting started
- Sign in with Google. Use your own verified email address.
- Choose New draft. Say what needs to be done, who will do it, and who will check it. Write a list of checks for the finished work.
- Choose Review draft. Read the summary. Go back to correct mistakes, or confirm to save. Saved drafts cannot be edited.
- Propose the saved draft to let its participants view it. Share its page address yourself; automatic invitation emails are not available.
- The assignee accepts the work and records progress. A different person checks the result. Each saved event stays in the history.
Use only low-risk tasks. This preview does not create a legal agreement. Do not enter secrets, health information, financial details, or other sensitive data.
Email me a link sends a sign-in-required link only to your own verified address, up to three attempts per day. It does not email the other participants. Provider acceptance does not confirm inbox delivery. Automatic processing of replies is unavailable.
Email copy (.eml) downloads a readable snapshot of the reviewed version and latest event. It includes private task text and all participant email addresses, so keep the file private and share only with permission. It sends no email, has no prefilled recipients, and is not a signed proof or a verified structured-email message. Use Audit for the complete signed history. Email copies and audits share a limit of five exports per minute.
Choosing an event
Only actions allowed for your role and the current state appear in the event list. Each event needs a short explanation. Before submission, review the exact event and text; Back to edit returns to the form.
- Propose / accept
- The requester makes the task visible to participants. The assignee then agrees to do it.
- Start work / report progress
- Say that work has begun, or describe what has changed.
- Declare / resolve a blocker
- Explain what prevents progress, or how it was resolved.
- Submit completion
- Describe the result and give a passed or failed result for every check.
- Verify / reopen
- The verifier checks the work independently. Reopening explains which check failed and what needs more work.
- Close / decline / cancel
- Finish the record, decline a proposal, or cancel work when the available rules allow it. Read the review screen carefully.
If a request fails, read the message and correct the form. A version error means someone changed the record: refresh and review the latest state before trying again. Daily email limits and the permanent draft/event limits cannot be bypassed by repeated clicks.

Session and privacy
There is no application inactivity countdown or automatic logout timer. Google sign-in can still expire or be revoked. A rejected sign-in immediately clears the private view. Unsent draft and event fields are encrypted in the open tab, so you can sign back in with the same account and choose Restore unsent work. Nothing is submitted or emailed automatically. If a saved record has changed, its old unsent event is shown as read-only notes, not applied to the new version.
Keep the same tab open: intentional sign-out, Discard recovery, closing or reloading the page loses unsent work. Recovery does not store form text on the server or in browser storage. The server holds account-bound recovery keys and checks fresh sign-in and current record access before opening recovery. Another account cannot open it. Temporary failures leave the encrypted recovery available for retry. Recovery can be unavailable if browser encryption fails, the account loses record access, or the operator removes its recovery key. Incomplete native date-picker segments may not have a readable field value. Keep a private copy when needed.
Accessibility status
Target: WCAG 2.2 AAA. Full conformance is not yet established. Changes include stronger contrast, larger controls, visible keyboard focus, reading colors, a scrolling pitch, scoped presentation shortcuts, review-before-submit screens and encrypted recovery after reauthentication in the same open tab.
Known remaining work includes testing with real screen readers and real Google sign-in, native date-picker recovery checks, and a full review of every page and complete task. User-entered task text may also need simpler wording or language information. Passing automated tests does not establish AAA conformance.
Keyboard: Tab and Shift+Tab move between controls; Enter or Space activates a button; Escape closes a dialog. In the pitch, choose Focus slides before using arrow keys, Home, End, F or N. Read all slides shows the whole pitch with speaker notes. Fullscreen keeps controls available and allows scrolling.
If something prevents you from using PactMail, email contact@dmj.one. Describe the page, what you tried, and your browser or assistive technology. Do not send passwords or private task contents. No response-time guarantee is offered.
